Relatives of these Lithium Nickel Manganese Cobalt Oxide or Li-NMC batteries account for approximately 80% of the lithium battery consumer market. They have a high energy density in respect to both mass & volume, are capable of high pulse currents, and are particularly suited for low drain, long life and low cost applications.
